A few weeks ago we went to Disneyland in Florida for a holiday. While we were there we wanted to visit a Hindu temple. At the advice of a blogger in Orlando we decided to visit the Hindu Temple of Central Florida, which is about half an hour’s drive from Disneyland. As you can see from the pictures it is a wonderful temple. Photography is not allowed inside, but I can tell you that it has a peaceful and holy atmosphere. The stone carvings inside and outside are really amazing.
We worshipped the deities, then went to the cafeteria for dosa and hot milky tea. This is the first Hindu temple outside England that I have visited, and we were welcomed just as warmly here. It was nice to add a sacred element to our holiday.
Here are some more pictures from the outside of the temple:

I’m glad to have helped and I’m glad you liked it. If you’re still in Orlando. Please check out shivdham mandir (especially on sunday morning about 11a.m.) It’s the temple I moved onto after the one you visited. It is led by Swami Chidghan Anand who is an incredible man. It is very friendly much smaller with a community feel to it. Check it out on the web at http://www.shivtemple.net/
