I have started a new blog, together with my wife, to pass on tips and recipes for an egg-free diet. Actually my wife will be coming up with all the recipes, so she will be doing most of the work! It is at a very early stage, but I hope that it will be a useful resource for anyone following an egg-free diet for any reason. Many of the recipes and products will also be suitable for vegans. Great blog! I just found a tempura batter that does not require milk or egg. It’s by the HIME brand and can be found in many asian specialty grocery stores.
I also use egg replacers for some recipes. Recently, applesauce made a great substitute for a cookie mix.
